Getting started with ConfigSheets
Choose one table, its owner and an application that needs it.
This guide describes the service scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are confirmed during onboarding.
Start with a real maintenance problem
Identify a table that repeatedly creates work: a customer code list, supplier option map or agreed reference extract.
Define the table
Bring the intended column meanings and examples of successful and unsuccessful lookups.
- The authoritative source and the person who approves changes.
- Exact identifiers and any meaningful case or spacing.
- Unique keys, required values and date rules if needed.
- The application that will consume the approved version.
Agree the evaluation
We confirm supported table behaviour, import needs and the handoff to the consuming application before onboarding. Do not submit confidential records through the public enquiry form.
