Your data stays private
A release is an approved version for your organisation and its authorised consumers. Your data stays private. Access and integration arrangements are agreed during onboarding.
An edit starts as a proposal
Review the additions, edits and removals together. Missing rows in a replacement import need as much attention as changed values.
A released version is identifiable
The intended release workflow retains an immutable dataset version. Its identity allows a consumer to record exactly what it adopted.
The application still owns its behaviour
FactorySpec owns engineering calculations; LabelLogic owns label decisions; an EDI integration owns payload construction and delivery. ConfigSheets supplies their agreed reference data.
